Burns & Burns, L.C. has developed a variety of rental housing types, including family, elderly, accessible, and assisted living projects. Likewise, they are experienced in accessing an assortment of financing options, including Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, USDA Rural Development, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, Enterprise Zones, Tax Increment Financing, Trust Funds, and others. Burns & Burns, L.C. consults with non-profit organizations as well as develops projects in which they have an ownership interest.
Burns & Burns, L.C. is comprised of the partners Robert Burns and Jesse Burns. Both partners also have their own separate development company. Robert Burns is sole member and manager of Sagamore Development, L.L.C. and Jesse Burns is sole member and manager of Harmony Development, L.L.C.
